AGM member Kelly O’Donnell is PGA Director of Golf at Wolfdancer Golf Club at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines (Texas) Resort & Spa, an AGM Platinum Award winner (Top 100 Golf Shops) 2013-2018. O’Donnell has also been recognized for merchandising excellence by the PGA, which named him national Merchandiser of the Year for resort facilities in 2016. He talks here about addressing the needs of a diverse clientele and his personal approach to customer service.
